Audio Engineer and Sound Designer
Pablo Medeiros a.k.a AudioMate is an Audio Engineer and Sound Designer based in Vancouver, BC.
His passion for audio began during high school, when he attended a Home-Studio course. Years later he was graduating university with a Music Production degree. After acquiring more experience on the field he decided to go deeper on the subject by attending a few extra short term courses like electronic music production, music theory, and one in Los Angeles with producer/engineer Ronan Chris Murphy (Terry Bozzio, Steve Morse, Steve Stevens, Tony Levin, etc.), score mixing engineer John Rodd (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Overwatch, Star Wars Battlefront, etc) , and Dave Pearlman (Pearlman Microphones) about audio industry, microphones, recording and mixing. After years of dedication Pablo decided to aim to an international career. He moved to Vancouver in 2015, graduated from LaSalle College (formerly known as The Art Institute of Vancouver), and is currently working in different projetcs.
His passion surrounds the audio engineering world; music recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. Sound design for games and film, dialogue recording and editing, post sound mixing.
